Located at Montreal’s Olympic Park and in Saint-Lambert, STADIUM PhysiOsteo clinics have a mission to offer excellent services in integrative rehabilitation and sports medicine to athletes, active people and the population of the Greater Montreal. Our integrated team brings together several professionals and works with people concerned with improving their health.
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic individual capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, responsible, autonomous, and prioritizing customer service and teamwork. The work will be primarily administrative and will include 5 to 10 hours of work at the patient reception. The holders will be responsible for the following tasks:
➢ Participation in organizing work, schedules, and work procedures,
➢ Management of daily needs (unforeseen events, repairs, operational emergencies),
➢ Accounting clerk duties, data entry, accounts receivable and payable, customer invoicing,
➢ Reception work in support and replacement (scheduling and confirming appointments, billing, and receiving patient payments),
➢ Administrative projects based on skills.
