Receptionist / Administrative Assistant at Saint-Lambert

20 à 35h / week

Located at Montreal’s Olympic Park and in Saint-Lambert, STADIUM PhysiOsteo clinics have a mission to offer excellent services in integrative rehabilitation and sports medicine to athletes, active people and the population of the Greater Montreal. Our integrated team brings together several professionals and works with people concerned with improving their health.
We are looking for an experienced team player who will act primarily as a receptionist, but who will also be able to perform administrative tasks and assist the administrative coordinator. The tasks will include:
➢ Organization of the daily work and weekly objectives.
➢ The use of the company’s software; Office, Clinicmaster, SAGE, Facebook software. (Updating the website using Word Press will be an asset).
➢ Payroll processing and accounting data entry.
➢ Taking appointments and payments.
➢ Managing of occasional events and projects.
We are looking for someone dynamic and autonomous, who will demonstrate rigor and great professionalism. He (she) must be very comfortable to work in a computerized environment.
The selected individual will also have to :
➢ Promote professionalism at all times and support management in maintaining the objectives of the company.
➢ Welcome customers at the reception according to the standards of excellence of the clinic 2-3 days / week (variable schedule). Customer service must be a priority and ability.


➢ College degree or diploma in administration, office automation, technical degree or equivalent.
➢ 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
➢ Available 35h/week, 1-2 evening/week and occasionally on weekends (events)
➢ High attention to detail, teamwork skills and capacity to work fast and under pressure.
➢ Essentielles :
   ➢ Professionalism.
   ➢ Excellent customer service.
   ➢ Great ease on computers.
   ➢ Bilingual (French and English) both orally and in writing
➢ Important :
   ➢ Knowledge of accounting software (preferably SAGE).
   ➢ appointment scheduling and billing software or other comparable software
   ➢ 5 to 10 years of experience an asset, without being essential.
Salary: According to qualifications and experience ($18 to $23/hour), company benefits and group insurance available.
