Camille in a nutshell…
Camille offers therapeutic, relaxation and sports massages. With a bachelor's degree in dance, she is well versed in the human body and is particularly interested in injury prevention, stress management and chronic pain treatments.
Camille has always been passionate about movement and the optimization of physical abilities. Attentive to others and curious by nature, massage therapy was a wonderful discovery after her training in contemporary dance.
"I first became interested in massage therapy during my dance journey. Following a skiing accident, I was looking for the treatment that would allow me to continue dancing without limits. I then discovered therapeutic massage therapy, which allowed me to continue my practice. It is also thanks to this specialist that I have developed a deep interest in injury prevention and how lifestyle habits directly affect our bodies. My fascination with movement gradually turned into a fascination with the functioning of the different structures of our body, especially the muscles. Today, I aspire to find solutions to relieve specific injuries as well as chronic ailments. I advocate a preventive approach where manual work is as important as lifestyle habits. I like to work as a team with people and understand together what the particular needs of each person are in their daily lives."
Camille is currently training in massage therapy in oncology.
Her long-term desire would be to work with a diverse clientele and perhaps combine Viva massage (anti-stress) with more therapeutic techniques.
"I love working with the public and meeting multiple personalities. I feel fortunate to be able to offer a moment of relaxation and/or relief to people who come to see me and allow them to reconnect with their bodies."

Over the past few years, my interest in yoga has grown a lot. Dancing is still a part of my life, but I love discovering new sports and new ways of moving. Indoor training, volleyball and spikeball are also sports that I like to practice sporadically.
