Catherine in a nutshell…
Passionate about the outdoors, Catherine works with children and adults to optimize functional activities, at home, at work and in leisure and sports. She works as part of a multidisciplinary team in physical health with musculoskeletal injuries and in mental health to support individuals with energy conservation strategies returning to school or work following a concussion.
Plan for the upcoming years
In the coming years, Catherine would like to develop an expertise in hand therapy, outdoor therapy, pediatrics and spinal cord injury.
I like to guide others to reach their full potential, to help them engage in meaningful activities, and support each person to feel fulfilled and gain independence.
As an occupational therapist, my mission is to provide the tools needed to help everyone live fully and with intention.
