For me, physiotherapy, football and sport in general are not isolated elements, but interconnected elements that make my life what it is today.

These items represent not only my professional expertise, but also my personal interests and the essence of living with purpose, passion, and an out-of-this-world commitment to the pursuit of wellness.

For me, sport is not just physical activity, but an example of discipline, determination and an uncompromising will to push your limits.

Plan for the coming years

Tristan plans to complete his training in manual therapy and sports physiotherapy. He is also looking to further his knowledge of diacutaneous fibrolysis and the use of dry needles. Dynamic, versatile, creative and a good listener, he has an ease to be in contact with people and create a therapeutic alliance that optimizes his interventions.

Sports practiced

Involved in football since high school, Tristan was a member of the McGill Redbirds for 5 years. He also enjoys recreational hockey, hiking, downhill skiing, snowboarding and snowshoeing.
