Daphné in a nutshell...

Daphne is passionate about sport and rehabilitation. Having experienced injuries herself through sport, she has understood the impact that pain, being side lined and rehabilitation can have, both physically and mentally.

Today, her motivation is to accompany each person towards a safe, sustainable return to movement, adapted to their goals, whether it is to return to sport, improve their performance or simply stay healthy.

Moving has always been a part of my life. Injuries have taught me how precious movement is, and today, what motivates me is to help people regain confidence in their bodies and feel good every day.

Plan for the upcoming years

Daphné wishes to complete her bachelor's degree in kinesiology in order to broaden her field of intervention with athletes, both in rehabilitation and performance. Committed to providing quality care, she plans to continue to refine her manual techniques and clinical skills to optimize the return to sport and the maintenance of performance.
