Émilie in a nutshell…

A certified athletic therapist since 2024, Émilie has had a particular career with 8 years of service in the Canadian Armed Forces in the Royal Canadian Navy (2016 to 2024). Having been selected to work with the Montreal Alouettes (CFL) and the La Toundra professional team, she has excellent expertise in football and basketball, in addition to having also worked as an intern with high-performance university athletes at Keiser University in Fort Myers, Florida, USA.

Plan for the coming years

She is interested in fieldwork, team wor and clinical work and is looking to marry these two aspects of athletic therapy over the next few years.

Passionate about movement and human performance, she accompanies her patients, whether they are athletes or not, in their return to activities in a safe, efficient and sustainable way. Émilie favors a personalized approach, focused on goals, the pleasure of moving and surpassing oneself. She strongly believes that being active is an investment directly in your health and success
