Julie-Anne completed her Bachelor's degree in Athletic Therapy at Concordia University and passed her National Certification Exam with the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association (CATA). She is also trained in sports emergency care and cardiovascular resuscitation. She has worked with student-athletes during her internships, including with the Concordia University Stingers football team and the UQAM Citadins basketball and soccer teams. Julie-Anne wants to support both young student-athletes and active adults to achieve their goals of returning to physical activity following injuries. She places particular emphasis on injury prevention.
Plan for the upcoming yearsHungry for knowledge, Julie-Anne seeks to expand her field of expertise in both field and clinical work. She particularly enjoys travelling with the teams.
Sports event covergeA former gymnast and competitive diver, Julie-Anne has always shown a curiosity about the human body and how it works. Always active and a fan of outdoor sports, she wishes to pass on her passion for sport through her profession.
