Samuel in a nutshell…
Following his graduation and certification as a Certified Athletic Therapist, Samuel worked in the Quebec Junior Major Hockey League (QJMHL) for two years, as a therapist for the Gatineau Olympiques.
Passionate about sports and especially hockey, his know-how, his experience on the field and in a clinical setting are used to help him develop and implement specialized treatment plans. His interventions optimize performance on a daily basis while allowing for a fast and safe return to sports. He was also a therapist at Bishop University where he was assigned to several sports but mainly to rugby and basketball.
During his university years, he also completed internships with the Montreal Canadiens (NHL), the Montreal Alouettes (CFL) and high school and college teams.
With the objective to continually increasing his knowledge and becoming an expert in functional assessment and reconditioning, Samuel intends to obtain his CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) and FMS (Functional Movement Screen) certifications as well as several reconditioning courses.
"Being active in many sports, I recognize all the benefits sport can bring to human beings both physically and psychologically. It is a privilege for me to help passionate individuals to return to their favorite activities and thus seek the best of themselves."
