Lenia in a nutshell…

After obtaining her Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Therapy from Concordia University, Lenia is currently completing a master’s degree, where she studies the biomechanics of cranial impacts in football players. She has been coaching short track speed skating since 2019.

Lenia specializes in manual therapy and therapeutic exercises to relieve pain, address its root causes, and restore functional mobility, helping individuals return to sport or work. A dedicated professional and a patient teacher, she never gives up when faced with challenges.

Plan for the coming years

My goal is to continue working with a diverse clientele, both in the clinic and in the field, including active individuals, experienced athletes, and high-level performers. I would also like to continue teaching in the field of athletic therapy.

Having been a short track speed skater who experienced and witnessed numerous injuries, I wanted to work in a field that allows me to help people regain their independence and achieve a satisfying quality of life, whether through work, sport, or leisure activities.
