Charlen in a nutshell...

With over 30 years of experience as a therapist and educator, Charlen holds the positions of President, CEO, Certified Athletic Therapist, and Osteopath at STADIUM PhysiOsteo clinics in Parc Olympique and Saint-Lambert. Offering her services to athletes and the active population, her expertise in lower limb mechanics, sports trauma, and cranial and visceral osteopathy have made her a valuable asset to our team of professionals.

Originally from Alma in Lac St-Jean, her experience was gained at Concordia University in Montreal, where she worked for nine years as a lecturer, coordinator of the Sports Medicine Clinic, and head therapist for university teams (FISU). She then worked for 20 years with Olympic athletes and national training centers. Over the past 30 years, she has been involved in starting four private clinics where she worked as a professional and manager.

"I enjoy fixing what's broken, tinkering, and treating patients! I'm curious and I seek solutions, focusing on the solution rather than the problem."

Teaching experiences
As a trainer since her adolescence (in swimming and alpine skiing), she has taught at the university level at Concordia and the University of Montreal since her graduation in 1985. After obtaining her diploma in osteopathy in 1995, she also taught osteopathy for over 20 years. As a bilingual speaker, she has been part of speaker teams at several international conferences. Charlen promotes a comprehensive approach, and the topics taught are diverse, including orthopedics, medical imaging, sports injuries, integrative rehabilitation, TMJ, etc.
