Elizabeth in a nutshell...

Elizabeth has a keen interest in sports injuries and musculoskeletal conditions. In addition to her university degrees in physiotherapy and kinesiology, she holds a certificate in sports physiotherapy and is pursuing postgraduate studies in this field. She is also a member of the Quebec Sports Physiotherapy Committee.
Elizabeth has acquired various skills to help athletes stay active and participate in their sports. She has a particular interest in team sports like soccer, football, and volleyball, as well as gymnastics, alpine skiing, climbing, and paddle sports.

Elizabeth leads an active lifestyle by participating in various sports activities such as soccer, fitness training, and running. She also enjoys outdoor sports like climbing, river kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, and hiking. During her teenage years, Elizabeth had the opportunity to participate in provincial championships in volleyball and karate. Between her sports activities, Elizabeth enjoys taking the time to read a good book.
