Catherine in a nutshell…

Catherine has always wanted to help people. After two years of studies in nursing, she decided to follow her passion for well-being and sport and studied kinesiology. Her desire to improve combined with her empathic nature led Catherine to seek the title of kinesitherapist at the ‘’Académie de Massage Scientifique’’ (AMS). This program allowed her to gain a vast knowledge of the human body but mostly helped her deepen her knowledge of the muscular system. She has been practicing massage therapy since 2014 and has followed several courses: hot stones, shells, therapeutic massage and sports taping among others.

Catherine uses all her knowledge while giving a massage. She offers therapeutic and relaxation massages, using Hawaiian Lomi Lomi techniques, passive movements of kinesitherapy, range and motion massage techniques, muscular and tissue decongestion as well as lymphatic drainage. She also uses specific essential oils according to your needs in order to reduce stress, fatigue and chronic pain. Exercises can also be prescribed if needed.

Her main goal is to help you improve your health and fitness by being a good listener to your needs and by displaying a high level of professionalism.

Preferred leisures and activities

In her early years, Catherine taught several outdoor and indoor fitness classes for different groups of participants.  She also competed in badminton at the regional level in 2005.
